Great photo! Now if the wife was balancing a crate of chickens on her head I would be really impressed. That’s a flash looking bike – a luxury model compared to the ones I saw in Vietnam (which did carry people plus chickens!)

Hey on the way to the airport I saw a family of three and the small boy in the middle was fast asleep. Good job his mother was holding onto him tightly to make sure he didn’t slide off in the middle of his dream. This really is the “norm” not a one off view. So strange with the helmets and mainly on the adults.

wow, our family complains, fights and goes a bit crazy with all 5 of us in one large sedan, Imagine just how fun the one bike would be…..

Saw lots of bikes with families of 4 or 5 when visiting Taiwan. It was the end of a long weekend, and families were returning home.
However, did not see families of 4 or 5 carrying a surfboard or two, plus body boards etc.
